Weet jij hoe je mensen, materieel en planning samenbrengt om een project succesvol af te ronden? Dan zijn wij bij Hegeman Bouw Civiel op zoek naar jou! Als Uitvoerder Civiel Onderhoud werk je aan uitdagende onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten van civiele kunstwerken. Van bruggen en tunnels tot betonconstructies en andere infrastructurele objecten. Geen project is hetzelfde! Wat ga je doen? Als Uitvoerder Civiel Onderhoud ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en uitvoering van onze onderhoudsprojecten. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de projectleiding, onze vakmensen, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Organiseren, coördineren en begeleiden van civiele onderhoudsprojecten; - Aansturen van eigen medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en projectkosten; - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en zorgen dat materiaal en materieel tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk en bewaken van de projectvoortgang; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen; - Toezien op een veilige werkomgeving en de naleving van kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
