Ben jij een echte handige Harry die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Werk je graag met verschillende materialen en hou je van afwisseling? Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die we zoeken.

Willems NV is een gevestigde waarde uit Vorselaar met meer dan 65 jaar ervaring. Binnen onze afdeling Waterbouwkundige Werken realiseren we uiteenlopende projecten voor overheden en openbare besturen.

Van vlonderpaden en uitkijktorens tot bruggen, oeververstevigingen en natuurinrichtingswerken: we bouwen duurzame constructies op enkele van de mooiste locaties in Vlaanderen. Daarbij combineren we vakmanschap en kwaliteit met een praktische no-nonsensementaliteit.

Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we een allround vakman die voornamelijk manueel meewerkt aan onze waterbouwkundige projecten. Iemand die veelzijdig is, graag buiten werkt en trots is op wat hij samen met zijn ploeg realiseert.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen enkele werf is hetzelfde. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten en gaat aan de slag met verschillende materialen, zoals hout, metaal, staal en beton,...

Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:

  • plaatsen, monteren en afwerken van diverse constructies;
  • uitvoeren van grond- en voorbereidende werken;
  • ondersteunen van machinisten en andere collega’s;
  • positioneren, verplaatsen en verwerken van materialen;
  • uitvoeren van werken in en rond het water, zoals oeverwerken en beschoeiingen;
  • mee zorgen voor een veilige, verzorgde en vlotte uitvoering van de werken;
  • praktisch meedenken en problemen op de werf helpen oplossen.

Het grootste deel van je werk is manueel. Heb je daarnaast ervaring met kleine machines, zoals een Knikmops of Morooka, of leer je hier graag mee werken? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste werkmentaliteit:

  • Je bent handig en werkt graag met je handen.
  • Je bent van verschillende markten thuis en houdt van afwisselend werk.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en ziet werk.
  • Je werkt graag buiten en schrikt niet terug voor fysiek werk.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je denkt praktisch mee en zoekt naar oplossingen.
  • Je gaat veilig en zorgvuldig om met gereedschap, materialen en machines.
  • Ervaring in de bouw, houtbewerking, metaalbewerking of grondwerken is mooi meegenomen, maar je motivatie en handigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Ervaring met werfmachines is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Kortom: we zoeken geen specialist in één specifiek vak, maar een veelzijdige doener die graag bijleert en samen met zijn collega’s mooie, duurzame projecten wil realiseren.

  • Technisch inzicht heeft en handig is
  • Fysiek werk niet schuwt
  • Ervaring heeft met (of interesse in) machines zoals knikmops, morooka, …
