Allround verkoop- & administratief talent gezocht – regio Maaseik Voor een nichebedrijf in Maaseik, gespecialiseerd in op maat gemaakte luxe kostuums met een folkloristisch karakter, zoeken we een creatieve en klantgerichte duizendpoot.

Iemand die houdt van authenticiteit, ambacht en persoonlijk contact – én die klaar is om een unieke rol op te nemen in een exclusieve sector.

Wat ga jij doen? In deze veelzijdige functie sta jij in voor het contact met klanten én voor de administratieve flow. Je adviseert klanten in de showroom, beheert bestellingen in Odoo (ERP), volgt leveringen op en bent ook actief betrokken bij de webshop en social media.

En ja – het is een niche. Maar dat is net wat het boeiend maakt.

Concreet:

  • Klanten adviseren over op maat gemaakte kostuums in de showroom
  • Bestellingen registreren en opvolgen in Odoo
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten (NL + basis Duits)
  • Bijspringen in communicatie: social media & webshop
  • Administratieve en commerciële opvolging verzorgen
  • Technisch & commercieel meedenken over timing, kosten, leveringsvoorwaarden
  • In piekperiodes mee de handen uit de mouwen steken – teamspirit is hier écht belangrijk
  • Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel en praktisch ingesteld
  • Je hebt voeling met een creatief, ambachtelijk product
  • Je denkt commercieel én klantgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands – Duits is een plus (of je leert graag bij)
  • Ervaring met ERP of social media is mooi meegenomen
