Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt verpakkingslijnen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Je stelt verpakkingsmachines in, voert instel- en lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en ondersteunt bij storingsoplossingen. - Je signaleert afwijkingen in productkwaliteit en grijpt direct in om veiligheid en efficiëntie te waarborgen. - Je documenteert productiegegevens, rapporteert knelpunten en doet verbetervoorstellen aan het team. - Je draagt bij aan procesoptimalisaties en zorgt voor naleving van HACCP en andere kwaliteitsprocedures. - Je voert zelfstandig instelwerk en eenvoudige mechanische storingsoplossingen uit aan verpakkingsmachines en werkt met PLC-gestuurde HMI-panelen op semi- tot hooggeautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen. - Je schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexe elektrische storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO-werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardige opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of logistieke richting. - Aantoonbare ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving. - Kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen en kwaliteitsstandaarden. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk. - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken. - Vaardigheid in het bedienen van verp.
