In Borculo werken ze met moderne productielijnen en is er ruimte voor technische ontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie. De productie voldoet aan hygiënevoorschriften en strikte kwaliteitsborging, zodat de producten aan de vereiste normen voldoen. Medewerkers werken in een 5-ploegendienst en krijgen begeleiding via leertrajecten en opleidingen om door te groeien naar een volwaardig operatorniveau. De werkomgeving is technisch en procesgericht, met focus op veilige werkmethoden en praktische trainingen om technische vaardigheden te versterken. Functie-inhoud - Je zorgt voor een soepel verpakkingsproces. - Je bewaakt de productkwaliteit en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Je lost kleine storingen op en voert ombouwwerkzaamheden aan verpakkingsmachines uit. - Je documenteert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je werkt samen met collega's aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties. - Je bedient en ondersteunt reachtruck- en heftruckwerkzaamheden indien nodig. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Procestechniek. - Ervaring in procestechniek of de food-sector is vereist. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegendienst. - Heftruck- en/of reachtruckcertificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen. - Technische affiniteit en vaardigheid in het oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen. - Kennis van hygiënerichtlijnen en veiligheidsprocedures in de productieomgeving. - Vaardigheid in het documenteren van productiegegevens en het signaleren van afwijkingen.
