Functieomschrijving: In deze functie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Dit betekent onder andere zelfstandig kunnen openen en sluiten, kassa opmaken, bestellingen doen bij leveranciers, bestellingen uit de webshop verzendklaar maken, etc. Je zorgt ervoor dat de mise en place op tijd klaar is, je maakt broodjes klaar, neemt bestellingen aan en draagt zorg voor nette en goed gevulde vitrines. Je bent servicegericht en gastvrij. Je vindt het leuk om te verkopen en denkt graag mee met de bedrijfsprocessen. Heb je affiniteit met koken en ben je gek op Italië? Dan is dat uiteraard een pré. Je werkt minimaal 1x in de week een koopavond en/of een zaterdag en af en toe een zondag. De functie is voor minimaal 24 uur, met uitloop naar 30 uur per week. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar.
