Sie sind ein vielseitiger Allrounder in der Immobiliensanierung und möchten Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann erwartet Sie bei uns eine langfristige Perspektive mit spannenden Projekten, selbstständigem Arbeiten und echten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten!

Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Sanierungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten an Immobilien

* Abwicklung von Sanierungsaufträgen eigenständig oder gemeinsam mit einem Helfer

* Verputz-, Ausbesserungs- und Spachtelarbeiten

* Verlegung von Fliesen und Durchführung allgemeiner Fliesenarbeiten

* Mitarbeit bei Fassadenarbeiten und allgemeinen Renovierungstätigkeiten

* Durchführung einfacher Elektro- und Installationsarbeiten entsprechend Ihren Kenntnissen

* Vielseitige handwerkliche Tätigkeiten im Bereich Immobilien- und Gebäudesanierung

* Verantwortung für eine saubere, zuverlässige und termingerechte Abwicklung der übertragenen Aufträge

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Sanierung und Renovierung von Immobilien

* Erfahrung im Verputzen und Ausbessern

* Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Fliesenlegen

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Elektro und Installation

* Handwerkliches Geschick und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Fähigkeit, Aufträge und Sanierungen eigenständig sowie gemeinsam mit einem Helfer abzuwickeln

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Schwindelfreiheit und keine Höhenangst

* Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Führerschein der Klasse B

Wir bieten

* Bruttoentlohnung ab € 2.800,- pro Monat mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

* 39 Stunden pro Woche
