Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Beschaffung und dem Verkauf von Firmenfahrzeugen und Flotten.

Als zuverlässiger Partner entwickelt das Unternehmen individuelle Lösungen rund um Leasing, Versicherungen sowie Service- und Wartungsverträge.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort Wien 23 suchen wir eine engagierte und autoaffine Persönlichkeit. 1 Allrounder im Innen- und Außendienst (m/w/d)

Vertrieb & Fuhrparkmanagement Wien 23 Vollzeit

Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, kommunizieren gerne mit Menschen und haben eine Affinität zu Autos?

Dann erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit viel Eigenverantwortung in einem erfolgreichen Unternehmen im Bereich Fuhrparkmanagement.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Nach einer fundierten Einschulung übernehmen Sie Schritt für Schritt eigenständig folgende Tätigkeiten:

* Einholen und Vergleichen von Preisen und Leistungen bei Autohändlern, Leasinggesellschaften und Versicherungen

* Aufbereitung von Unterlagen sowie Kalkulation und Erstellung von Kundenangeboten

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Rechnungen und Mahnungen

* Laufender Kontakt mit Kunden und Lieferanten

* Durchführung kleinerer Überstellungsfahrten von PKWs im Raum Wien und Umgebung

* Allgemeine kaufmännische und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im abwechslungsreichen Tagesgeschäft

* Kundenakquise über Netzwerken

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)

* Erste Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche (z. B. Autohandel, Leasing oder Versicherung) von Vorteil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Führerschein B und mehrere Jahre Fahrpraxis

* Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Dinge selbstständig anzupacken

* Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres professionelles Business-Auftreten und eine positive Ausstrahlung

* Interesse und Begeisterung für die Themen Automobil, Fuhrpark, Leasing und Versicherung
