Für unser QM-Team suchen wir deine Unterstützung. 1 Allrounder im Qualitätsmanagement (m/w/x) Der Job

* Weiterentwicklung des Integrierten Managementsystems (IMS) sowie Pflege und Anpassung der Prozessdokumentation

* Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner-, externer- und Lieferantenaudits

* Betreuung der Qualitätsmanagement (QM) und IMS SharePoint Seite

* Strukturierung und Standardisierung von Kundendokumentationen gemäß aktueller Normen und Richtlinien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen

* Weiterentwicklung, Koordination und Erstellung projektspezifischer Schulungsunterlagen

* Laufende Optimierung und Standardisierung von Produktschulungen

* Koordination und Beauftragung von Übersetzungen technischer Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen

* Organisation und Koordination interner Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen

Dein Gehalt

* Bruttomonatsgehalt von mind. € 3.400 (für 38,5 Wochenstunden)

Es besteht jedoch abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung die Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Mechatronik

* Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement (QM) oder Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Weiterbildung

* Interesse an technischer Dokumentation sowie an technischen Schulungsunterlagen

* Zuverlässige, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Eingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft für nationale und teils internationale Dienstreisen

* Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen

* Interesse an der Arbeit mit SharePoint Online

* Interesse an Themen der Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheit
