Sie suchen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Sinn, Verantwortung und direktem Kontakt zu Menschen? Für unser Bestattungsunternehmen suchen wir eine zuverlässige, einfühlsame und vielseitige Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung unseres Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben

Außendienst

* Abholung und Überführung von Verstorbenen

* Unterstützung bei Bestattungen und Verabschiedungen

* Botendienste und Besorgungen

* Fahrten zu Behörden, Krankenhäusern und Pflegeeinrichtungen

Hausmeistertätigkeiten

* Pflege und Instandhaltung der Betriebsgebäude und Außenanlagen und des Fuhrparks

* Kleinere Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten

Innendienst / Büro

* Telefonische und persönliche Kundenbetreuung

* Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* Datenerfassung und Dokumentenverwaltung

* Unterstützung bei Terminplanung und Büroorganisation

Ihr Profil

* Führerschein B erforderlich

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC

* Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Angehörigen

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Rufbereitschaften
