Als Teil unseres Accounting-Teams in der Demner.Group bist Du für das Erfassen der Eingangsrechnungen unserer Mediaagentur Media1 zuständig und trägst zur Automatisierung und Optimierung unserer Accountingprozesse bei. Diese Position bietet Dir ein spannendes Aufgabenfeld in einer wertschätzenden Arbeitsumgebung.

* Erstellung und Erfassung der Eingangsrechnungen für unsere Markenmediaagentur Media1

* Management der Debitorenstammdaten inklusive Pflege und Aktualisierung

* Kommunikation & Abstimmung mit den Einkaufsabteilungen

* Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Systemoptimierungsprojekten

* Überwachung und Pflege der offenen Posten Listen

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Kontenabstimmung und -klärung

* Administration & Berichtswesen

* Vertretung in der Rechnungsprüfung

Was bringst du mit?

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Erste Erfahrung im Accounting

* Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung

* BMD NTCS Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich

* Gute IT-Affinität und analytische Skills

* Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Offenheit, Diskretion, Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität

* Stressresistenz und strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise

Das finale Gehalt wird im persönlichen Gespräch entsprechend Deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.
