Das Anton Proksch Institut ist eine der führenden Suchtkliniken Europas. Hier werden alle Formen der Sucht, von Alkohol-, Medikamenten- und Drogenabhängigkeit bis hin zu nichtstoffgebundenen Suchtformen wie Spielsucht, Internetsucht, Kaufsucht oder Arbeitssucht behandelt und erforscht.

Wir suchen eine motivierte und zuverlässige Allroundkraft (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams! Wenn Sie ein Organisationstalent sind, gerne im direkten Kontakt mit Menschen stehen und eine Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie sowie Service haben, dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. 1 Allroundkraft für Buffet/Kaffee/Kiosk Service und interne Servicebereiche (m/w/d) IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNG:

* Mitarbeiterbuffetausgabe: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Essensausgabe.

* Warenwirtschaft (Lager und Bestellung): Koordination von Lagerbeständen sowie Bestellungen für den reibungslosen Ablauf.

* Abrechnung Registrierkassen: Tagesabschluss und Abrechnung der Kassen.

* Interne Seminarbetreuung und -vorbereitung: Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen und Seminaren.

* Schnittstelle zwischen Küche und Kunden/Gästen: Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Kommunikationsflusses.

* Einhaltung der Hygienevorgaben und Reinigung des Arbeitsbereichs: Verantwortung für Sauberkeit und Hygiene am Arbeitsplatz.

* Zubereitung kleiner Snacks und Getränke: Kreative und ansprechende Präsentation von Snacks und Getränken.

* Vertretung Kioskverkauf: Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Abwicklung des Kioskverkaufs.

IHR PROFIL:

* Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Servicebereich von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.

* Organisationsgeschick und ein hoher Servicegedanke.

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Teamfähigkeit.

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

* Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität, auch bei wechselnden Aufgabenbereichen.

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) sind von Vorteil.
