Das Aufgabengebiet

* Als Alltagsbegleitung unterstützen Sie ältere Menschen dabei, ihren Alltag selbstbestimmt und würdevoll zu gestalten.

* Sie helfen bei täglichen Aufgaben wie Essen und Trinken sowie bei der Haushaltsführung.

* Sie bereiten Mahlzeiten zu, planen den Tagesablauf und fördern die Sozialkontakte der Bewohner_innen.

* Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär, dokumentieren Ihre Beobachtungen und tragen zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität bei.

Ihr Profil

* Freude im Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Bereitschaft zum Schicht- und Wochenenddienst (verlässliche Dienstplanung bis zum 15. des Vormonats)

* Kochkenntnisse (vorzugsweise österreichische Küche)

* Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld

* Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* fundierte Deutschkenntnisse

* Organisationstalent, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
