Dan is deze rol als Store Manager bij Amac iets voor jou. In deze rol combineer je strategie en praktijk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige winkeloperatie, de commerciële resultaten én de ontwikkeling van je team. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt: van de planning en de uitstraling tot de teamdynamiek en klanttevredenheid. En dat in een moderne winkel vol Apple-producten. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Je start met een energieke dagstart, bespreekt de doelen en verdeelt de taken. Daarna zoom je in op HR-zaken, spar je met de regiomanager of help je mee op de vloer. Je houdt de KPI's in de gaten, coacht je floormanagers en begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers. Aan het einde van de dag kijk je terug met het team - en kijk je alvast vooruit naar morgen. Wat ga je doen? - Volledige leiding over de winkel en het team. - Behalen van commerciële en klantgerichte doelstellingen. - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van Floormanagers en Sales Advisors. - Personeelsplanning, sollicitaties, en HR-coördinatie. - Zorgdragen voor een perfecte winkelpresentatie volgens Apple-normen. - Samenwerken met regiomanager en andere Store Managers.
