Es la persona encargada de iniciar el proceso de elaboración del producto llevando a cabo las tareas pertinentes para el preparado de este. Así como, establecer una vigilancia sobre el buen funcionamiento y estado de las herramientas de trabajo. • Cumplir con los objetivos de producción, productividad, calidad y costes previstos para su área. • Registro de datos con periodicidad referentes a producción, calidad y consumo • Medición de la temperatura y peso del producto. • Controlar la calidad y deficiencias de las materias primas o semielaboradas que utiliza en su parte del proceso productivo. • Solucionar cualquier problema o emergencia que pueda surgir a fin de mantener sin interrupciones el proceso de fabricación. • Mantener un estilo de trabajo coordinado y alineado con los puestos que conforman el obrador con fin de conocer el estado de elaboración y las necesidades emergentes. • Controlar cualquier trabajo especial que deba ser llevado a cabo y asumir el control de todas las operaciones en su área en caso de emergencia. • Proponer mejoras enfocadas a aumentar la productividad de las personas y las máquinas, así como la calidad de los productos y servicios. • Aplicar la limpieza y el mantenimiento autónomo y/o preventivo propio de las máquinas de su puesto de trabajo para mantener un funcionamiento óptimo. • Mantener limpia y en óptimas condiciones el área del obrador, la cámara de congelación de la línea de trabajo y las herramientas de trabajo. • Asegurar y establecer las normas de seguridad industrial, higiene personal, seguridad alimentaria, orden y limpieza en su área, así como, colaborar a que sean aseguradas en toda la empresa. • Participar en los relevos de personal del área para satisfacer las necesidades personales y de descanso que están establecidas..
