Een iconisch bakkerijverhaal met meer dan 100 jaar geschiedenis krijgt een nieuw leven. Dankzij de originele receptenboeken en de samenwerking met een gerenommeerd chef-bakker worden authentieke recepten opnieuw tot leven gebracht en keren legendarische smaken terug.

Om dit bijzondere verhaal verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste ambachtelijke bakker.

Jouw rol

Als ambachtelijke bakker zorg jij ervoor dat authentieke recepten elke dag opnieuw tot leven komen.

Je bereidt een gevarieerd assortiment van brood, koffiekoeken en andere hartige en zoete lekkernijen. Je beheerst het volledige proces: van het kneden en verwerken van het deeg tot het afwerken en bakken van het eindproduct.

Tijdens je opleiding word je begeleid door een ervaren chef-bakker. Daarna ga je zelfstandig aan de slag volgens een duidelijke productieplanning.

Hier draait het niet om massaproductie, maar om vakmanschap, kwaliteit en respect voor authentieke recepten.

We zoeken iemand die trots is op zijn vak en graag deel wil uitmaken van een uniek bakkerijverhaal.

  • Je hebt een opleiding brood- en banketbakker gevolgd en hebt ervaring met brood- en patisserieproducten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het verwerken van deeg, zowel machinaal als manueel.
  • Je bent beschikbaar van woensdag tot en met zondag, telkens van 3u tot 11u of van 4u-12u.
  • Je bent een echte doener en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en planmatig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt bij voorkeur Nederlands. Iemand die vlot Engels spreekt komt ook in aanmerking.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B. Dit is noodzakelijk omdat je ook instaat voor leveringen aan foodtrucks en grotere klanten.
