Als ambachtelijke patissier zorg je dagelijks voor het bereiden van verfijnde patisserie en maatwerk-ijsbereidingen. Je combineert jouw vakkennis met creativiteit om desserts te creëren die niet alleen heerlijk smaken, maar er ook fantastisch uitzien.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start vroeg: je bereidt de mise-en-place voor, volgt het FIFO-principe en werkt met de koude keten strikt in het achterhoofd. Je zorgt voor de afwerking van desserts voor buffetten en dessertborden. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid op elke stap. Samen met het team bespreek je de planning en spring je bij waar nodig.

  • Je hebt ervaring als patissier en/of bakker
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en functioneert goed in team

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je kan goed communiceren met collega’s
