Functieomschrijving Voor jou ligt er een mooie uitdaging klaar: het bouwen aan een volwaardige en zelfstandige rol in het team, met een eigen verantwoordelijkheid richting cliënten, adviseurs, collega's en kantoor. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers zoals het opstellen van overeenkomsten, akten en adviezen, het voeren van besprekingen met cliënten en het verzorgen van closings. Het ondernemingsrecht team van ons kantoor bestaat uit 25 professionals en ondersteuners. Het Corporate team gespecialiseerd in M&A, (her)structureringen en governance. In ons team werk je voor grote (inter)nationale partijen, waardoor je werkzaamheden heel divers en uitdagend zijn. Voor de uitbreiding van het team in Amersfoort is n/p op zoek naar een ambitieuze en enthousiaste kandidaat-notaris. Functie-eisen - Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in het ondernemingsrecht met een focus op M&A en het coördineren van de corporate housekeeping bij grote partijen. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (in woord en geschrift). - Je bent enthousiast om in een boutique setting te werken en verder te bouwen aan een unieke praktijk. - Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken met aangevers, zoals fiscalisten en advocaten. - Je bent een nuchtere doener, met gevoel voor kwaliteit, commercie en weet van aanpakken. - Je houdt overzicht in complexe dossiers.
