Jouw Rol: Impact & Autonomie

In deze functie krijg je vanaf dag één veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen klantenportefeuille en bent hét gezicht van onze kredietactiviteiten:

  • Strategisch Advies: Je voert diepgaande adviesgesprekken. Je brengt de financiële situatie, dromen en professionele doelstellingen van je klanten haarscherp in kaart.
  • Analyseren & Structureren: Je bijt je vast in uitdagende dossiers. Je analyseert de kredietwaardigheid en jaarrekeningen van kmo's en zelfstandigen met een kritische, scherpe blik en structureert sluitende financieringsvoorstellen.
  • Eigenaarschap van A tot Z: Je loodst dossiers autonoom door het volledige proces—van de eerste proactieve lead en de schatting van de haalbaarheid tot de uiteindelijke beslissing en administratieve afhandeling.
  • Proactieve Groei: Je signaleert en grijpt commerciële opportuniteiten. Je contacteert bestaande en potentiële klanten proactief voor herzieningen, herfinancieringen of nieuwe investeringsnoden.
  • Sparringpartner: Je werkt nauw samen met een team en schakelt rechtstreeks met de zaakvoerder om processen continu te optimaliseren.

Wie ben jij? (Jouw Profiel)

  • Intellect & Niveau: Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdenkniveau (bij voorkeur in een economische, financiële of juridische richting) en pikt nieuwe, complexe materie razendsnel op.
  • Ambitieus & Leergierig: Ervaring in de kredietsector is een grote troef, maar een jonge, hongerige can-do mentaliteit is minstens zo belangrijk. Je wilt jezelf specialist kunnen noemen.
  • Dynamisch & Communicatief: Je bent energiek, communicatief ijzersterk (NL/ENG) en krijgt een kick van persoonlijk en telefonisch klantcontact.
  • Kritisch & Verantwoordelijk: Je bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig onder gezonde druk en neemt graag het eigenaarschap over je eigen succes.
  • Certificaten: Je bent idealiter al PCP-gecertificeerd voor kredieten, of bent vastberaden dit via ons versneld te behalen.
