VoetbalRotterdam Cor Waalboer vertrekt bij Steeds Hooger 19 april 2025 · Steeds Hooger · Vacatures (Voetbal) Voor het voetbalseizoen 2025 - 2026 zoeken wij een ambitieuze trainer die onze vereniging naar een hoger niveau wil en kan brengen. Vanuit een goede organisatie met enthousiaste mensen zijn alle voorwaarden gecreëerd om samen met jou de volgende stap te zetten in de verdere ontwikkeling van de vereniging. Hieraan ga jij samen met de Technische Commissie leiding geven en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van het 1e team in het algemeen en de individuele spelers in het bijzonder. Komende zomer wordt de laatste hand gelegd aan ons nieuwe complex en zijn wij in het bezit van 3 kunstgrasvelden en een duurzaam en supermooi clubgebouw met 12 kleedkamers. Voor volgend seizoen hebben we een jonge enthousiaste groep spelers en zijn we voor het eerst sinds lange tijd in het bezit van een JO-19 en daaronder een volledige voetbalpiramide waarvan meerdere teams inmiddels in de hoofdklasse spelen. De aansluiting van deze jonge spelers is een zeer belangrijk onderdeel binnen jouw takenpakket. Steeds Hooger staat vooral bekend als een vriendelijke en sociale vereniging waarbij het clubgevoel heerst. Ons vlaggenschip speelt momenteel in de vierde klasse waarbij wij rekening houden met degradatie naar de vijfde klasse. Ben jij die ambitieuze trainer met een bewezen track-record? Wil jij onderdeel uitmaken van een hecht team om gezamenlijk de vereniging naar een "hooger" niveau te tillen en voldoe je aan de volgende functie-eisen: - Minimaal in het bezit zijn UEFA B en/of Voetbalcoach 2, - In het bezit van goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, - Aantoonbaar technisch en tactisch inzicht om het niveau van het team en de individuele spelers verder door te ontwikkelen, - Heeft aandacht voor de verenigingscultuur waarbij zowel prestatie als plezier en gezelligheid belangrijk zijn, - Twee keer per week de training verzorgt (dins...
