Pagina 1 van 2 Het Secretariaat van het Rooms-Katholiek Kerkgenootschap in Nederland (SRKK) voert het secretariaat ten behoeve van de Bisschoppenconferentie en ondersteunt deze op verschillende beleidsterreinen. Het SRKK heeft haar kantoor in Baarn. In verband met een nieuwe uitdaging voor onze collega, zoeken wij een Jurist ad intra (voor interne zaken) Functie-inhoud Wij zoeken een allround jurist met een praktijkgerichte mentaliteit voor de ondersteuning van de Bisschoppenconferentie op juridisch gebied. In deze functie vervult u een brugfunctie tussen wetgeving en de interne implementatie op een breed terrein. U adviseert over vraagstukken op onder meer het gebied van het civiele recht (o.a. rechtspersonenrecht en auteursrecht), fiscaal recht (o.a. ANBI-vraagstukken) en kerkelijk recht. Een belangrijk onderwerp is de privacyregelgeving (AVG) en de bijzondere situatie van de kerken hierin. Tevens ondersteunt u als ambtelijk secretaris het Economencollege van de Nederlandse Kerkprovincie. • U verzorgt op verschillende dossiers, afstemming met alle betrokkenen, de organisaties in het werkveld, zowel intern als extern • U vertaalt wetgeving naar de interne organisatie van de rooms-katholieke kerk in Nederland • U adviseert de Bisschoppenconferentie over juridische aangelegenheden, zoals in geval van statutenwijzingen, wijzigingen van regels en reglementen • Als ambtelijk secretaris van het Economencollege verzorgt u de agenda, vergaderstukken en verslaglegging in samenspraak met de voorzitter van het Economencollege. U verwerkt zelfstandig actiepunten en bewaakt de voortgang in verschillende dossiers Kennis en ervaring • U beschikt over een afgeronde universitaire opleiding Nederlands recht en hebt een aantal jaren werkervaring als jurist • U hebt kennis van de genoemde rechtsgebieden • U bent analytisch • U beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en weet de balans te vinden in de verschillende contacten en op de v...
