Kom werken bij Evean! 8 juli 2026 20 uur per week Purmerend Ter ondersteuning van onze Centrale Cliëntenraad zoeken wij jou als ambtelijk secretaris. Samen met Evean breng jij de zorg vooruit. Dit betekenen onze kernwaarden: Daadkrachtig, Durf, Deskundig, Verbindend, Trots voor jou. Trots; waar ga jij werken: Wij zijn Evean, dé zorgorganisatie in de provincie Noord-Holland. Wij bieden cliënten vanuit verschillende ondersteuningsvragen diensten op het gebied van zorg en welzijn. Wij vinden diversiteit, inclusiviteit en gelijkwaardigheid belangrijk. Hier wordt veel aandacht aan besteed. Bij Evean kan en mag jij zijn wie jij bent. Werken en ruimte bieden aan medezeggenschap van cliënten is niet alleen een wettelijk vereiste, maar ook een verstandige investering die haar vruchten zal afwerpen. Een cliëntenraad heeft de wettelijke taak op te komen voor de belangen van onze cliënten die bij Evean wonen of die thuis zorg van Evean ontvangen. Ook praat de cliëntenraad mee over de ontwikkelingen en heeft ten aanzien van sommige onderwerpen een wettelijk adviesrecht of instemmingsrecht. Er zijn bij Evean 16 lokale cliëntenraden en zij zijn vertegenwoordigd in de Centrale Cliëntenraad Evean (CCE). Er zijn bij Evean afspraken gemaakt welke onderwerpen door de lokale raden worden behandeld en welke door de CCE. Wij streven als organisatie naar het goed functioneren van onze medezeggenschap, het benaderen van ons beleid vanuit cliënten- en medewerkersperspectief en een goede samenwerking tussen medezeggenschapsorganen en management.
