Als ambtelijk secretaris help je de Centrale Cliëntenraad (CCR) van Thebe om goed onderbouwde adviezen en besluiten te nemen. Je werkt zelfstandig en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen cliëntenraadsleden, bestuur en organisatie Waar kom je te werken? Thebe biedt wijkverpleging, specialistische zorg, thuisbegeleiding, dagbesteding en zorg in 25 woonzorgcentra in West- en Midden-Brabant. De stem van cliënten is belangrijk bij keuzes over beleid en dagelijkse zorg. Thebe hecht grote waarde aan medezeggenschap en inspraak van cliënten. Zo hebben cliënten en hun naasten direct en indirect invloed op de dagelijkse gang van zaken, afspraken en beleid. De cliëntenraad vertegenwoordigt het gezamenlijke belang van cliënten en kijkt steeds naar de vraag: wat betekent dit voor cliënten? De centrale cliëntenraad verbindt de signalen uit de lokale raden en de cliëntenraad wijkverpleging met onderwerpen die Thebe-breed spelen. Je ondersteunt de CCR onafhankelijk en spreekt niet namens de raad. Je werkt vooral met de voorzitter, het dagelijks bestuur en de CCR-leden. Ook stem je af met lokale cliëntenraden, de Raad van Bestuur en betrokken collega's. Contact met de Raad van Toezicht is incidenteel, bijvoorbeeld bij een voordrachtstraject. Jouw werkdag - Je bereidt advies- en instemmingstrajecten voor en toetst deze aan de Wmcz 2018. - Je analyseert beleidsvoorstellen en vertaalt deze naar heldere vragen en adviezen. - Je bereidt overleggen voor en maakt agenda's, verslagen en besluitenlijsten. - Je bewaakt termijnen, dossiers, acties en de jaarcyclus van de CCR. - Je begeleidt cliëntenraadsleden bij wetgeving, ...
