- Dianet - Utrecht ( Utrecht ) - Online sinds: vandaag Dianet Dianet zoekt voor haar ondernemingsraad een ambtelijk secretaris voor 18 uur per week. De allerbeste dialysezorg verlenen aan onze patiënten: dat is wat ons dagelijks drijft. Dit doen wij door het leveren van dialysezorg bij de patiënt thuis, dicht bij huis in onze Dianet-dialysehubs én op locatie in dialysecentra in Amsterdam UMC en het Gezondheidshuis in Utrecht. Bij Stichting Dianet werken ongeveer 300 medewerkers. Deskundige, goed opgeleide en gedreven professionals die elke dag het verschil maken. Onze ondernemingsraad is net zo gedreven. Met het vertrek van de huidige ambtelijk secretaris is Dianet voor die rol op zoek naar een nieuwe enthousiaste collega. Jouw rol Als ambtelijk secretaris bij Dianet ben je veel meer dan een notulist. Natuurlijk zorg je dat de boel organisatorisch strak loopt, maar jouw échte waarde zit in je rol als adviseur, sparringpartner en verbinder. Je bent de rechterhand van de OR én de brug naar de bestuurder. - Sparren en adviseren: Je denkt inhoudelijk mee met de OR. Komt er een complexe advies- of instemmingsaanvraag binnen? Jij pluis de boel uit en adviseert over de beste aanpak. - Verbinden: Je snapt de belangen van de OR, maar ook die van de bestuurder. Met jouw organisatiesensitiviteit zorg je voor een open en constructieve dialoog tussen beide partijen. - Kennisbaak: Jij kent de Wet op de ondernemingsraden (WOR) op je duimpje en deelt deze kennis proactief met de raad. - Organiseren: Je regelt de vergaderingen, bewaakt actiepunten en zorgt dat de communicatie naar de achterban soepel verloopt. Jouw werkzaamheden - Organiseren van OR-vergaderingen, overlegvergaderingen en commissievergaderingen waarbij je zorgt voor faciliteiten, hulpmiddelen en uitnodigingen; - Opstellen van concept-agenda's, voorzien van benodigde toelichting op de onderwerpen; - Notuleren van de vergaderingen en verzorgen van de verslaglegging; - Bewaken van...
