Je komt in een klein, maar fijn team met hardwerkende professionals die ook veel lol met elkaar hebben. Het betreft een solofunctie. Het gaat om de vervanging van de secretaris waarvan er maar 1 in het team is. De andere collega's zijn wel op de hoogte van de werkzaamheden van de secretaris en kunnen uitleg en ondersteuning geven. Indien de start in april kan plaatsvinden kan de inhuur nog ingewerkt worden door de huidige secretaris wat onze voorkeur heeft. De Afdeling Bestuursondersteuning van Eenheid Noord-Holland zoekt een enthousiaste en klantgerichte ambtelijk secretaris met een actieve houding. Heb jij juridische kennis en weet je dit in het dagelijks werk te verbinden met de gestelde prioriteiten? Dan zoeken wij jou! Wat ga je doen? Je fungeert als ambtelijk secretaris voor de Commissie geweldsaanwending, de Politie Klachten Commissie en de Commissie Toezicht Arrestantenzorg. Je verzorgt het secretariaat van de commissies en stelt adviezen op. Als ambtelijk secretaris zorg je voor de planning van de zittingen, de agenda en de inhoudelijke voorbereiding van de zittingen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de commissies voor de (externe) leden van de commissies en de interne organisatie. Je dient dus integer om te kunnen gaan met gevoelige (politie)informatie. Daarnaast ondersteun je waar mogelijk de stafjuristen bij het afhandelen van verzoeken inzake de Wet Openbaarheid van Bestuur (WOB) en ondersteun je bij de behandeling van bezwaarschriften in het kader van de Wet particuliere beveiligingsorganisatie (Wpbr).
