Als Ambtelijk Secretaris verbind je jouw kennis van de Wet op de Ondernemingsraden (WOR) aan de praktijk en adviseer je de voorzitter en OR over strategie, processen en complexe vraagstukken. Met jouw expertise en onafhankelijke positie draag je eraan bij dat de OR goed voorbereid invloed kan uitoefenen en dat belangrijke besluiten binnen de organisatie zorgvuldig en volgens de juiste procedure tot stand komen. Wat ga je doen? Als Ambtelijk Secretaris ben jij een belangrijke kracht achter de medezeggenschap. Je zorgt dat de OR goed voorbereid en geïnformeerd aan tafel zit, zodat leden zich kunnen richten op hun rol. Binnen de Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland-Midden zijn meerdere ondernemingsraden en een Centrale Ondernemingsraad (COR) actief. Dat maakt je werk afwisselend: je krijgt te maken met verschillende OR's en perspectieven, terwijl je je tegelijkertijd richt op de medezeggenschap van de twee OR's waarvoor jij aan de slag gaat. Je volgt de wet- en regelgeving rondom medezeggenschap op de voet, met de WOR als belangrijk uitgangspunt, en vertaalt deze kennis naar de praktijk. Je bereidt advies- en instemmingsvragen voor, brengt beleidsstukken terug tot heldere informatie en houdt deadlines en procedures scherp in beeld. Als ambtelijk secretaris ondersteun en adviseer je de voorzitter en OR bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van medezeggenschapsprocessen. Je signaleert relevante ontwikkelingen en denkt mee over een effectieve aanpak van advies- en instemmingstrajecten.
