De ondernemingsraad speelt daarin een belangrijke rol. Als ambtelijk secretaris OR zorg jij ervoor dat de OR goed kan functioneren. Met jouw ondersteuning, overzicht en zorgvuldigheid help je mee aan een organisatie waarin ieders stem gehoord kan worden en waarin medewerkers vanuit betrokkenheid kunnen bijdragen aan goede hulp voor kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen. Wat je gaat doen Je ondersteunt de ondernemingsraad bij alles wat nodig is om haar rol binnen Juvent goed te kunnen vervullen. Je bent een vaste kracht achter de schermen die overzicht houdt, organiseert en ervoor zorgt dat processen soepel verlopen. - Je verzorgt de planning, correspondentie, verslaglegging en archivering van de OR. - Je stelt conceptagenda's op en ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van vergaderingen. - Je notuleert vergaderingen en bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en besluiten. - Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van bijeenkomsten, verkiezingen en scholingsactiviteiten. - Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie en helpt de OR deze te vertalen naar het medezeggenschapskader. - Je bewaakt procedures, wettelijke termijnen en de voortgang van advies- en instemmingstrajecten. - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van adviezen, instemmingsaanvragen, initiatiefvoorstellen en andere formele documenten. - Je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd over procedures, wet- en regelgeving en de toepassing van de Wet op de ondernemingsraden (WOR). Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt verschillende processen naast elkaar in beweging. Daarbij weet je wanneer je moet signaleren, meedenken of vooruitkijken.
