perMens | Ambulant begeleider - 32 uur per week - Amsterdam | Noord Holland - 4 jaar geleden geplaatst perMens ondersteunt jongeren, volwassenen en gezinnen die door meerdere problemen vastlopen. Samen kijken we wat nodig is om het leven weer op de rit te krijgen. Werken bij perMens betekent werken voor de samenleving, in een organisatie met korte lijnen en veel slagkracht. Dat betekent dat je de vrijheid hebt - en veel kansen krijgt - om te doen en te ontwikkelen wat nodig is voor mensen in kwetsbare situaties. Informatie: Op onze woonlocatie singelblok wonen mensen die vanwege een roerige jeugd, psychische of psychiatrische problemen, verslaving en/of een verstandelijke beperking moeite hebben om hun leven op de rit te krijgen of te houden. Sommige bewoners hebben langdurige zorg met verblijf nodig vanwege chronische geestelijk gezondheidsproblemen (Wlz), andere bewoners wonen voor korte of langere tijd beschermd. Veel bewoners zijn dakloos geweest en hebben via perMens voor het eerst weer een eigen woonplek. Als ambulant begeleider zet jij je in voor deze bewoners.
