ASS op PGB basis. Voor een hoogbegaafde man van 34 jaar met een autismespectrumstoornis (ASS) zijn wij op zoek naar een professionele ambulant begeleider die het belangrijk vindt om een duurzame werkrelatie op te bouwen en samen activiteiten te ondernemen. Wat zoeken wij? Een begeleider die: • Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring heeft met onder andere ASS en beperkingen in het dagelijks functioneren. • Beschikt over relevante diploma's en een geldige VOG kan overleggen. • Betrouwbaar, punctueel, verzorgd en niet-rokend is. • Flexibel kan inspelen op de wensen, behoeften en mogelijkheden van de cliënt. • Het belang inziet van een goede persoonlijke klik tussen cliënt en begeleider. • Actief samenwerkt en afstemt met het bestaande netwerk van hulpverleners rondom de cliënt. Gezamenlijke interesses en activiteiten De cliënt heeft interesse in onder andere: • Bordspellen • Gamen • Schaken • Tafeltennis • Sport en beweging • Uitstapjes en activiteiten buitenshuis Wij zoeken iemand die deze interesses deelt of er affiniteit mee heeft en het leuk vindt om samen actief bezig te zijn. Pré • Man tussen circa 28 en 40 jaar. • In bezit van rijbewijs en beschikking over een auto. Wat vinden wij belangrijk? Naast deskundigheid staat een goede persoonlijke match centraal. Wij zoeken een betrokken professional die samen met de cliënt wil werken aan een betekenisvolle, actieve en plezierige invulling van het dagelijks leven. Deze hulp hebben wij nodig regelmatig op al deze dagen: - Maandagmiddag en avond. - Dinsdagmiddag en avond. - Woensdagmiddag en avond. - Donderdagmiddag en avond. - Vrijdagmiddag en avond. - Zaterdagmiddag en avond. - Zondagmiddag en avond.
