Samen met onze 97 scholen werken we aan méér inclusief onderwijs, zodat ieder kind een passende plek dichtbij huis krijgt. We ondersteunen leerkrachten, intern begeleiders en schoolteams in hun ontwikkeling en werken daarbij nauw samen met ouders, sociale teams, jeugdhulppartners en gemeenten. Onze regio is landelijk erkend als inspiratieiregio voor inclusief onderwijs. Ambulant Begeleider Gedrag (0,4 tot 0,8 fte) per 1-1-2027 of nader overeen te komen De functie Als ambulant begeleider gedrag ondersteun en coach je leerkrachten bij ondersteuningsvragen rondom leren en gedrag. Je werkt samen met hen aan het analyseren van situaties, het verkennen van nieuwe perspectieven en het ontwikkelen van handelingsmogelijkheden die passend zijn bij de leerling én de onderwijscontext versterken. Je inzet is gericht op het versterken van de leerkracht en de school, zodat zij zelf steeds beter in staat zijn om leerlingen passende ondersteuning te bieden. Daarbij staat de ondersteuningsvraag van de leerkracht centraal: wat vraagt deze situatie van het handelen van de leerkracht en wat is nodig om hierin verder te komen? Het team Je maakt deel uit van een team van 10 ambulant begeleiders. Binnen het team is er veel aandacht voor professionalisering en samenwerking, onder andere via intervisie en scholing. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van een vast ondersteuningsteam op een aantal scholen. Profiel Wij zoeken een ambulant begeleider gedrag die: - beschikt over actuele en onderbouwde kennis van gedrag en gedragsvraagstukken en deze kan vertalen naar een passende aanpak voor een leerling, een leerkracht, een groep en een school; - ervaring heeft met gedragsvraag...
