Open Vacature - Zelfstandige ambulant begeleider / Huishoudelijk medewerker Regio Hoogeveen, Meppel & De Wolden Over Senas Zorg Bij Senas Zorg werken we met cliënten die net wat meer aandacht, structuur en ondersteuning nodig hebben. Soms gaat het om mensen met complexe problematiek, soms om cliënten die al langere tijd geen grip meer hebben op hun huishouden. Dat betekent dat je regelmatig komt in vervuilde woningen. Jij bent iemand die dat aankan. Je bent rustig, professioneel en zonder oordeel. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt cliënten thuis met taken die echt verschil maken: - schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in woningen die soms zwaar vervuild zijn; - orde en structuur aanbrengen in chaotische huishoudens; signaleren van bijzonderheden en deze terugkoppelen aan Senas Zorg; - cliënten motiveren, begeleiden en soms begrenzen; zelfstandig beslissingen nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt in situaties waar standaardzorg niet voldoende is. Daarom zoeken we iemand die ziet wat nodig is, durft te handelen en stabiel blijft in uitdagende omstandigheden. Wie zoeken wij? We hebben geen vaste vacature openstaan, maar we maken graag ruimte voor een sterke, zelfstandige kandidaat die goed kan omgaan met uitdagende thuissituaties en bijzondere cliënten. We zoeken iemand die: - - initiatief neemt en niet wacht tot iemand anders het oplost; - stevig in de schoenen staat; - - respectvol en zonder oordeel werkt; - - goed kan omgaan met cliënten met complexe of bijzondere problematiek; - - niet schrikt van vervuiling, chaos of onverwachte situaties; - - zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook goed terugkoppelt; - - betrouwbaar, warm en duidelijk is. - - Ervaring met WMO/WLZ, begeleiding of complexe huishoudens is fijn, maar niet verplicht. Jouw houding en mentaliteit zijn het belangrijkst.
