Als ambulant begeleider bied jij systeemgerichte begeleiding in de thuissituatie van jeugdigen en/of gezinnen. Een uitdagende baan met een gevarieerde caseload en de vrijheid om je eigen agenda in te delen. Vanuit de overtuiging dat contact de basis vormt voor samenwerking, ga je aan de slag met het vergroten van zelfsturing en zelfredzaamheid. Een mooi doel! Samen met de cliënt en een gedragswetenschapper stel je een ondersteuningsplan op. In dit plan staan vraagstukken zoals: hoe ga je als ouder om met de emoties van je kind en hoe kun je op zijn of haar ontwikkeling afstemmen? Hoe speel je in op de verstandelijke en/of psychiatrische beperking van de kinderen of hun ouders? Hoe zorg je voor een veilige thuisbasis waarin iedereen zich kan ontwikkelen? Jij bent de gids in dit proces en evalueert de doelen samen met de cliënt. Omdat samenwerken de sleutel is tot succes, werk je nauw samen met het netwerk van de cliënt, samenwerkingspartners, verwijzers en consulenten van de gemeente. Je weet dat problemen nooit op zichzelf staan en dat gedrag altijd een relatie heeft met de omgeving. Daar heb jij oog voor.Bij Omega Groep werken we vanuit het contextuele gedachtegoed van Nagy.
