Wat ga je doen Als ambulant hulpverlener stap je midden in situaties waar spanning, onzekerheid en soms gevaar samenkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: vandaag zit je aan tafel met ouders en hun kinderen en morgen werk je samen met ketenpartners aan acute veiligheid. Jij bent degene die overzicht brengt, keuzes maakt en koers bepaalt. Jouw rol bestaat uit: - Regie voeren & coördineren: Je geeft zelfstandig en planmatig vorm aan complexe hulpverleningstrajecten, waarbij je casemanagement uitvoert en passende hulp coördineert in samenwerking met ketenpartners. Daarbij regisseer je de samenwerking tussen deze partijen: hulpverlening, politie, justitie en het netwerk van de cliënt. - Systeemgericht hulpverlenen: Je biedt gespecialiseerde, cliëntgerichte hulpverlening in afstemming met ketenpartners, met als doel het doorbreken van geweldspatronen en het vergroten van veiligheid, waarbij je continu de balans bewaakt tussen zorg en veiligheid en tussen vertrouwen en ingrijpen, en betrokken blijft bij gezinnen, ook in complexe situaties. - Analyseren & risi...
