Team Woont Maassluis is een klein en betrokken team waar collega's naar elkaar omkijken en samen de schouders eronder zetten. Je gaat ambulant aan de slag in de omgeving van Maassluis. Je werkt grotendeels volgens een vast rooster van 09.00 tot 17.00 uur, met af en toe inzet tot maximaal 20.00 uur. Binnen deze kaders deel je je dag flexibel in, afgestemd op de behoeften van je cliënten. Je voert hierin zelf de regie over de indeling van jouw huisbezoeken. Als Senior Woonbegeleider speel je een belangrijke rol in het team. Je ondersteunt en inspireert collega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling en denkt met hen mee in het dagelijks werk. Je coacht hen in methodisch en herstelgericht werken en stimuleert samenwerking met het netwerk van de cliënt en de krachtbronnen in de wijk. Begrippen als tijdelijkheid, eigen regie en autonomie help je samen met het team te vertalen naar wat dat in de praktijk betekent voor cliënten en begeleiders. Naast je coachende rol ben je ook zelf betrokken bij de begeleiding van cliënten, met name in meer complexe situaties. Waar nodig ondersteun je bij ADL. Met jouw ervaring en rustige aanwezigheid breng je overzicht en stabiliteit. Je hebt oog voor de mens achter de cliënt en werkt actief aan het versterken van het netwerk rondom de cliënt, zodat deze zoveel mogelijk zelf regie kan nemen en kan werken aan persoonlijke doelen en herstel.
