Met een min-max* contract heb je de vrijheid om in drukke periodes meer uren te werken en in rustigere tijden je werkuren te verminderen, wat zorgt voor een goede werk-privébalans. Je vindt het prettig dat niet alles vaststaat en dat je in overleg je werkdagen flexibel kunt indelen. Bovendien krijg je de kans om te werken in verschillende FACT teams, wat betekent dat je met diverse zorgvraagstukken te maken krijgt en je werk elke dag afwisselend en uitdagend blijft! Interesse? *We werken met een min-max contract tussen de 24 tot 36 uur. Hierbij wordt je minimaal voor 24 uur ingezet, de rest van de uren is in overleg. Vereisten Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten - De FACT-teams van GGZ inGeest behandelen volwassenen (tot 65 jaar) of ouderen (65+) met een ernstig psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) en hulpvragen op verschillende levensgebieden, zoals wonen, werken, zingeving, gezondheid, financiën en sociale contacten. - Er wordt gewerkt volgens de F-ACT-methode: een intensieve vorm van ambulante, wijkgerichte behandeling vanuit een herstelgericht oogpunt door verschillende collega's die in één team samenwerken. Behandelingen vinden zo veel als mogelijk plaats in de eigen omgeving van de cliënt. - Er wordt altijd actief gezocht naar de samenwerking met de cliënt, diens naasten en ketenpartners.
