Het richt zich op het versterken van het gezin, waarbij jij vooral samenwerkt met ouders, het netwerk en andere betrokken volwassenen om het gedrag van kinderen positief te beïnvloeden. Daarbij werk je niet alleen met het gezin, maar ook écht met het kind zelf. Bij de Viersprong zorgen we dat je volledig wordt geschoold in MST-C, zodat je met vertrouwen en impact aan de slag kunt. Wat wij jou bieden: - Een bruto maandsalaris, op basis van 36 uur per week, ingeschaald in FWG 60 conform CAO-GGZ. De salarisrange voor deze functie ligt tussen €4544,- en €5901,-afhankelijk van ervaring en kwalificaties. - 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 8,33% vakantiegeld. - Een contract voor 28-36 uur. - Een uitdagende en zelfstandige baan in een team waar je vanaf het begin samen onderdeel uitmaakt van een innovatie. - Volledige scholing en supervisie volgens het MST C model. - Flexibele werktijden waarbij je de afspraken samen met de gezinnen kan inplannen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt met gezinnen met jonge kinderen (2-10 jaar) die emotieregulatieproblematiek en gedragsproblemen laten zien. De kinderen laten deze problemen zien in meerdere systemen. Zowel thuis als op school/kinderopvang kunnen ze verbaal en fysiek agressief gedrag laten zien, en vaak niet luisteren naar de opvoeders/leerkrachten. De problemen zijn dusdanig ernstig, dat schooluitval en/of uithuisplaatsing dreigt. MST-C behandelingen worden uitgevoerd in de systemen waarin het kind zich bevindt, dus in de thuissituatie en op school/kinderdagverblijf.
