Ben jij afgestudeerd in Psychologie, Pedagogiek (WO) of heb je een hbo-opleiding zoals Maatschappelijk Werk, SPH/Social Work of SPV met aanvullende opleiding? En heb je affiniteit met gezinnen met complexe problematiek? Dan is dit jouw kans! Bij De Viersprong krijg je alle training, begeleiding en ontwikkelmogelijkheden om met vertrouwen aan de slag te gaan als MST-therapeut. Wat maakt MST uniek? MST is een intensieve, bewezen effectieve behandeling die zich richt op jongeren met ernstige gedragsproblemen, uitgevoerd in hun natuurlijke leefomgeving: thuis, op school en in de buurt. Je behandelt dus niet de jongere alleen, maar werkt vooral met het gezin en het netwerk eromheen. MST is evidence-based en internationaal erkend. In 9 van de 10 gevallen lukt het om uithuisplaatsing te voorkomen en een duurzame gedragsverandering te realiseren. Meer weten? De salarisrange voor deze functie ligt tussen €4544,- en €5901,- afhankelijk van ervaring en kwalificaties. - 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Een contract voor 28-36 uur per week, met veel regie over je eigen planning; - Reistijd is ook werktijd, plus een passende onkostenvergoeding; - De MST-basisopleiding bij start (blended & SKJ-geaccrediteerd), wekelijkse ...
