Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag

Eintrittsdatum: ab Dezember 2026

Dienstort: LKH Hall - Institut für Sport-, Alpinmedizin u. Gesundheitstourismus (ISAG)

Gehalt: 3.968,80 Brutto/Monat Vollzeitbasis (Vordienstzeiten werden angerechnet)

Wir besetzen die oben genannte Position am Institut für Sport-, Alpinmedizin u. Gesundheitstourismus (ISAG) in Hall in Tirol ab Dezember 2026.

Ihre berufliche Zukunft

* Eine interessante Aufgabe in einem sportaffinen Umfeld

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeteams des ISAG

* Förderung und Stärkung der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit

* Unterstützung, Durchführung und Mitwirken im Rahmen der sportmedizinischen Leistungs- und Funktionsdiagnostik

* Koordinations- und Kommunikationsaufgaben mit Sportverbänden, Sportvereinen (als Kernklientel des ISAG) sowie der Landessportabteilung

* Planung künftiger Einsatzmöglichkeiten bestehender Ressourcen zur Erweiterung des Leistungsspektrums

* Laufende Reflexion und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse unter Einbeziehen der jeweiligen Anforderungen

* Umsetzung interner Richtlinien wie SOP`s im Sinne der Qualitätssicherung

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Diplom für allgemeine Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege inklusive Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, Führungserfahrung erwünscht

* Lehrgang für Führungsaufgaben oder gleichwertige Ausbildung bzw. die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren

* Hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit

* Aufgeschlossenheit und Engagement hinsichtlich der aktiven Unterstützung laufender Entwicklungen und Projekte am ISAG bzw. im Unternehmen

* Sportaffiniät und Verständnis für Leistungskennzahlen bzw. Leistungsdaten im Sport

* Gutes technisches Verständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Erweiterte EDV Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office, speziell Excel) und Lernbereitschaft für spezielle Softwareanwendungen im Umfeld der Leistungs -und Funktionsdiagnostik
