Jobomschrijving

Bij Europabank geloven we dat een sterke klantenrelatie begint met een correcte, veilige en integere klantenacceptatie. Als AML Operations & Support Officer (KYC/KYT) speel je een sleutelrol in de bescherming van onze klanten, medewerkers en de bank tegen financiële criminaliteit. Je combineert analyse, regelgeving en samenwerking in een functie met een directe impact op de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en de naleving van de AML-wetgeving.

Als AML Operations & Support Officer (KYC/KYT) maak je deel uit van het First Line of Defence-team. Je ondersteunt onze kantoren bij de onboarding van nieuwe klanten en de opvolging van bestaande klantrelaties. Je analyseert klantinformatie, beoordeelt risico’s en zorgt ervoor dat klantdossiers voldoen aan de wettelijke en interne vereisten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de kantoren en de gespecialiseerde afdelingen. Dankzij jouw expertise help je collega’s om klantinformatie correct te verzamelen, te analyseren en te documenteren. Zo draag je dagelijks bij aan een veilige, conforme en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • ondersteunen van de kantoren bij de onboarding van nieuwe klanten en het beheer van bestaande klantrelaties
  • uitvoeren van KYC- en KYT-activiteiten conform de geldende regelgeving en interne richtlijnen
  • beoordelen van klantdossiers tijdens onboarding, periodieke reviews en ad-hocklantgebeurtenissen
  • verzamelen, controleren en valideren van klantinformatie en bewijsstukken
  • analyseren van klantstructuren, activiteiten en transactiegedrag om de klantrelatie correct te documenteren
  • correct documenteren en actualiseren van klantdossiers
  • begeleiden en adviseren van kantoorcollega's bij vragen over klantenacceptatie en dossierbeheer
  • signaleren en escaleren van uitzonderlijke of verhoogde risico's naar de bevoegde expert- of controlediensten
  • bijdragen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de klantacceptatieprocessen
  • actief meewerken aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen, werkwijzen en kwaliteit binnen het team
  • bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische, financiële, juridische of gelijkwaardige richting
  • interesse in AML, KYC, klantenonderzoek en financiële regelgeving
  • ervaring binnen KYC, compliance, klantacceptatie of bancaire processen is een pluspunt
  • sterk analytisch vermogen en kritische ingesteldheid
  • nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en oog voor detail
  • besluitvaardig en in staat om risico’s correct in te schatten
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • teamspeler met een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding
  • discreet en professioneel in de omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
