Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Zustellung von Schriftstücken/Dokumenten innerhalb der Verwaltung sowie an externe Empfänger

* Abholung und Übergabe von Postsendungen

* Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben und Veranstaltungen

* Mitarbeit und Unterstützung im Bürgerservice

* Schnittstelle zw. den Bereichen & Einrichtungen (Bauhof/KiGa/Schule/Hort/Bücherei/Behörden)

* Winterdienst (Rathaus)

* Pflege Dienstauto

Allgemeine Aufnahmevoraussetzungen

* Einwandfreies Vorleben und volle Handlungsfähigkeit

* Persönliche und körperliche Eignung für die Erfüllung der Aufgaben

* Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft

* Bei männlichen Bewerbern: abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst

* Führerschein Klasse B

Im Rahmen des Bewerbungsprozesses vereinbaren wir mit Ihnen einen Termin für einen Probearbeitstag.

Gehalt Einreihung GD 25.3, Mindestbruttogehalt ab € 1.434,12 (14x, bei 24 Wochenstunden), Facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung kann angerechnet werden, d.h. je nach Vordienstzeitenanrechnung ist eine höhere Gehaltseinstufung möglich.

Befristung: unsere Dienstverhältnisse sind im ersten Jahr befristet

Arbeitszeit bei 24h: Dienstag bis Freitag je 6 h. (vormittags) oder Montag bis Freitag 4,8h (vormittags)
