Wir, die OPHIRUM GmbH, sind ein auf Edelmetalle spezialisiertes Handelshaus mit Hauptsitz in Frankfurt am Main. Gegründet in 2010 sind wir aktuell im Verbund mit der GOLDFUXX GmbH deutschlandweit an über 70 und bundesweit an drei Standorten vertreten. Somit sind wir in Deutschland der größte Filialist im Edelmetallhandel.

Unser Kerngeschäft beinhaltet den An- und Verkauf von Gold und Silber in Form von Barren und Münzen und dies direkt vor Ort zur Mitnahme oder auch über unseren Online-Shop. Daneben bieten wir die Möglichkeit der Einlagerung, innovative Sparplan-Modelle sowie den Ankauf von Altgold.

Wir wachsen und suchen für das Filialnetz unserer beiden Verbundunternehmen OPHIRUM und GOLDFUXX an unserem Standort in Bregenz: Berater Edelmetalle im An- und Verkauf (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

- An- und Verkauf von Edelmetallen sowie Ankauf von Altgold - Kundenbetreuung - Entgegennahme von Telefonaten - Warendisposition sowie Cash- und Bestandsmanagement - Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten - Filialorganisation

Sie passen zu uns:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännisch Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare, fachlich verwandte Ausbildung, z.B. als Goldschmied oder Edelmetalllprüfer (m/w/d) - Bevorzugt bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Edelmetallen, aber auch Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung im Ankauf oder Kundenservice - Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden - Gutes Organisationsvermögen und selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - Größte Sorgfalt bei der Beratung und der Bestellabwicklung vom Kauf bis hin zur Auslieferung - Sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten, Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit - Teamfähigkeit und idealerweise eine gewisse Flexibilität ggf. auch bei Urlaubs-/Krankheitsvertretungen einzuspringen - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
