Fyraco Solutions is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Analist die mee het verschil wil maken in predictief onderhoud bij grote industriële klanten in de regio West-Vlaanderen.

In deze technische functie voer je metingen uit op industriële machines, werk je met innovatieve tools en help je bedrijven storingen en onverwachte stilstanden te voorkomen.

Ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een afwisselende job binnen mechanica, elektromechanica of onderhoudstechniek!

Wat ga je doen als Predictief Analist?

Als Analist Predictief Onderhoud werk je voornamelijk op locatie bij klanten in België. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van gespecialiseerde metingen en analyses op industriële installaties.

Je zal onder andere werken met:

  • Trillingsmetingen
  • Infraroodmetingen (thermografie)
  • Ultrasoonmetingen
  • Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA)
  • Persluchtdetectie
  • Draadloze sensoren
  • Motion Amplification

Hoe ziet een werkdag eruit?

‘s Morgens vertrek je van thuis richting de klant.

Eenmaal op locatie installeer je de meetapparatuur op verschillende machines, voer je de nodige metingen uit en verzamel je data. Daarna verwerk je de resultaten en stel je een duidelijk technisch rapport op. Nadien bespreek je je bevindingen met de klant.

Elke werkdag is anders. De locatie, installaties en soorten metingen zorgen voor veel variatie.

Verwacht je dus aan een job met veel zelfstandigheid en technische uitdaging!

Wat verwachten we van jou?

We zoeken iemand met:

  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor Elektromechanica, graduaat of A2-diploma in een technische richting
  • Ervaring in predictief onderhoud, meet- en regeltechniek of mechanische analyse
  • Flexibiliteit naar werkuren en zin om op de baan te zijn
  • Een rijbewijs B
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Willen werken in de regio West-Vlaanderen
  • Bereidheid om op termijn zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over eigen opdrachten
  • Een VCA VOL-attest is een pluspunt, heb je dit nog niet, dan kan je dit via ons behalen
