Onze klant is een Belgische verzekeringsmakelaar die gespecialiseerd is in hypotheekleningen en verzekeringen. Bij hun is geen enkel verhaal hetzelfde. Ze werken op maat samen met makelaars om de beste kredietoplossing te vinden. Ze zijn het grootste commercieel platform voor hypothecair krediet en is daarmee de referentie in België voor meer dan 700 makelaars, met het grootste aanbod in de markt en dit zowel op vlak van kredieten als verzekeringen. Het is een financiële speler met een menselijk gezicht die de ambitie heeft om te blijven groeien en zoekt enthousiaste medewerkers om hieraan bij te dragen en is momenteel op zoek naar een Kredietanalist.

Als Kredietanalist ga je op efficiënte wijze analyse doen inzake de haalbaarheid van een kredietaanvraag qua solvabiliteit van de kredietnemers en het acceptatiekader voor de betrokken kredietmaatschappij. Het aansprekingspunt zijn voor de co-makelaar van het bedrijf en de kredietmaatschappijen en zorgdragen voor de voorbereiding, verwerking, het beheer en de afwikkeling van de kredieten van zowel onze eigen kredietgevers als deze van buiten de groep.

Wat betekent dit concreet?

Onder leiding van de Teamleader Kredieten en binnen een team van 10 collega’s voer je de volgende taken uit:

  • Behandelen van de kredietaanvraag volgens de juiste procedures van desbetreffende maatschappij.
  • Correcte en volledige gegevensverwerking opdat de kwaliteit van de aanvragen binnen de acceptatiekaders passen.
  • Vervolledigen en ingeven van dossiers in de beheerssystemen.
  • Communicatie rond individuele dossierbehandeling (telefonisch, per e-mail, …) met de makelaar.
  • Tijdige verwerking van nieuwe aanvragen (binnen de 48 uur).
  • Tijdige terugkoppeling van individuele vragen van makelaars en klanten (binnen de 48 uur).
  • Opvolgen rappel procedure
  • Opvolging dossier van goedkeuring tot akte notaris.
  • Bijdragen aan de totstandkoming en optimalisatie van protocollen en procedures.
  • Aansprekingspunt zijn van het bedrijf en de partnermaatschappijen
  • Je hebt een bachelor in bedrijfsbeheer met minstens 3-5 jaar ervaring in het domein.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling).
  • Je kan goed in team werken maar ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
  • Je kan oplossingsgericht denken en handelen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je hebt goede communicatie vaardigheden zowel met collega’s als makelaars.
