Wil jij mee het verschil maken in de woonplannen en de levens van duizenden Belgen ? Bij het grootste commercieel platform voor hypothecair krediet in België, zoeken we een Kredietanalist die samen met hen en meer dan 700 makelaars op zoek gaat naar de beste kredietoplossingen voor onze klanten.

Als Kredietanalist analyseer je de haalbaarheid van kredietaanvragen op basis van de solvabiliteit van de kredietnemers en het acceptatiekader van de betrokken kredietmaatschappijen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor co-makelaars van HypoConnect en onze kredietpartners, en je zorgt voor een vlotte voorbereiding, verwerking en opvolging van de dossiers.

In het kader van je takenpakket :

  • Beoordelen je kredietaanvragen volgens de richtlijnen van de kredietmaatschappijen.
  • Zorg je voor een correcte en volledige verwerking van gegevens in onze beheerssystemen.
  • Volg je dossiers op van aanvraag tot akte bij de notaris.
  • Communiceer je met makelaars over individuele dossiers (telefonisch en per e-mail).
  • Waak je over de tijdige verwerking van aanvragen en vragen (binnen 48 uur).
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de optimalisatie van procedures en samenwerking met partnermaatschappijen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in bedrijfsbeheer en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in kredietanalyse.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt graag in team, maar neemt ook zelfstandig beslissingen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, bent nauwkeurig en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met collega’s en makelaars.
