Vous disposez d'un diplôme supérieur à orientation scientifique (chimie, biochimie ou équivalent), d'une excellente maîtrise des méthodes de chromatographie, êtes prêt à assurer des gardes en soirée et le weekend ?

Nous recrutons un.e Analyste laboratoire afin de compléter l'équipe du laboratoire qualité pour une industrie alimentaire de la région de Liège.

En tant qu'analyste laboratoire, vous contribuez à garantir la conformité des produits grâce à la réalisation et au suivi d'analyses physico-chimiques et microbiologiques.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Préparer les échantillons et produits à analyser
  • Réaliser les analyses physico-chimiques, microbiologiques normalisées et les évaluations physiques, dans le respect des procédures établies, des délais et à l'aide d'équipements calibrés
  • Effectuer des analyses spécifiques
  • Développer des analyses spécifiques
  • Veiller à la fiabilité des résultats obtenus
  • Encoder les résultats dans le système LIMS
  • Interpréter les résultats d'analyses
  • Prélever, préparer et analyser à nouveau des échantillons lorsque cela est nécessaire
  • Signaler les non-conformités ou défauts aux responsables concernés
  • Rédiger les rapports destinés aux parties prenantes
  • Proposer des améliorations concernant les équipements et méthodes d'analyse et en assurer le suivi
  • Assurer le rangement, l'entretien et le respect du matériel de laboratoire ainsi que de l'environnement de travail Vous participez également à :
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement et l'entretien des instruments de laboratoire
  • Participer aux ring tests et à l'analyse d'échantillons à teneur garantie
  • Signaler les pannes aux responsables concernés
  • Identifier les besoins en consommables
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité
  • Former les stagiaires, étudiants et nouveaux arrivants
  • Proposer des évolutions des modes opératoires du laboratoire
  • Maintenir les stocks de produits et d'équipements nécessaires aux activités du laboratoire
  • Mettre en place et calibrer les nouveaux équipements
  • Réaliser les contrôles métrologiques de routine
  • Coordonner, superviser et accompagner les activités des stagiaires, étudiants et nouveaux collaborateurs durant leur période d'intégration ou de formation
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'études supérieures à orientation scientifique (chimie, biochimie ou équivalent)
  • Une connaissance approfondie des méthodes de chromatographie est requise
  • Vous avez un esprit clair, analytique et rigoureux
  • Vous avez le goût du travail bien fait et le sens des priorités
  • Vous êtes enthousiaste, motivé et passionné par votre métier
  • Vous jonglez parfaitement avec Office 365
  • Vous êtes très organisé, flexible et autonome
