Pozícia je určená na vedenie infraštruktúrnych projektov s rozsiahlym rozsahom v oblasti stavebníctva a verejných služieb, vrátane, ale nie výlučne, projektov Brown Field & Green Field (BF & GF). Hlavným zameraním tejto úlohy je vedenie projektového rozsahu, vývoja a komplexnej koordinácie realizácie. Primárnou prioritou tejto úlohy je Mondelez International Business so sídlom v Slovenskej republike s trvalým pracoviskom na Slovensku. Príspevok k dlhodobému strategickému plánovaniu, mapovaniu a vymedzovaniu projektov typu Brown Field a Green Field. Schopnosť vymedziť rozsah projektu a vytvoriť dostatočnú organizačnú štruktúru pre projekty s významnou infraštruktúrnou agendou. Organizačná štruktúra projektu v závislosti od veľkosti projektu môže zahŕňať stavebného inžiniera, inžiniera verejných služieb, energetického inžiniera a PMO (organizáciu riadenia projektov). Každý projekt by mal byť realizovaný v súlade so štandardmi spoločnosti Mondelez International (bezpečnosť ľudí, bezpečnosť potravín, bezpečnosť procesov, nariadenia EÚ a miestnych orgánov, zásady riadenia projektov spoločnosti Mondelez stanovené v metodike IIM (Innovation Initiatives Management)). Silná schopnosť riadiť zainteresované strany a ovplyvňovať jednotlivcov, smerovať k dosiahnutiu najlepšej výrobnej excelentnosti v danej triede prostredníctvom excelentnej realizácie projektov. Hlavnými zainteresovanými stranami pre túto pozíciu budú regionálne oddelenia MEU pre inžinierstvo, financie, obstarávanie, závody/klastre, rozvoj podnikania, ľudské zdroje, bezpečnosť a kvalitu.
