The posting

Voor een gevestigde en groeiende ondernemingsgroep in de regio Lier zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en ondernemende boekhouder A tot Z.

De organisatie bevindt zich op financieel vlak in een interessante fase. De boekhouding staat er, maar de komende jaren wil men verder professionaliseren, processen moderniseren en beide ondernemingen steeds meer vanuit één centrale financiële werking ondersteunen.

Daarom zoeken we geen accountant die enkel uitvoert wat vandaag al bestaat. We zoeken iemand die de boekhouding van A tot Z beheerst, analytisch sterk is en vooral zin heeft om initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan de financiële organisatie van morgen.

Als boekhouder krijgt u een brede verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële werking van twee ondernemingen binnen dezelfde groep.

U combineert operationele boekhouding met afsluitingen, rapportering, analyse en procesoptimalisatie. Daarbij wordt u ondersteund door een collega binnen de boekhouding en een extern boekhoudkantoor.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Opvolgen en coördineren van de dagelijkse financiële administratie
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opvolgen van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen
  • Voorbereiden van de jaarrekening in samenwerking met het externe boekhoudkantoor
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers, betalingen en financiële verrichtingen
  • Uitbouwen en verder professionaliseren van de financiële rapportering
  • Analyseren van cijfers, afwijkingen en financiële resultaten
  • Vertalen van financiële informatie naar bruikbare inzichten voor het management
  • Optimaliseren en digitaliseren van bestaande financiële processen
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en interne controles
  • Een actieve rol opnemen binnen de verdere ERP-migratie naar Microsoft Business Central
  • Op termijn mee vormgeven aan één gecentraliseerde financiële werking voor beide ondernemingen
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van de collega binnen de boekhouding

Geen klassieke boekhoudfunctie. De organisatie wil bewust evolueren naar een modernere, meer geïntegreerde financiële werking.

Daarom is er ruimte voor iemand die bestaande gewoontes kritisch durft te bekijken. U hoeft niet binnen te komen met alle antwoorden, maar krijgt wel de tijd en het vertrouwen om de organisatie te leren kennen, verbeteringen voor te stellen en deze vervolgens mee te implementeren.

Naast een sterke boekhoudkundige basis zoeken we dan ook iemand met interesse in rapportering, analyse, ERP en procesverbetering.

We zoeken in de eerste plaats een ervaren allround financieel profiel dat ownership durft te nemen.

Idealiter beschikt u over:

  • Een sterke kennis van boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Ervaring met afsluitingen en financiële rapportering
  • Een goede kennis van btw en fiscale verplichtingen
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid en interesse om verder te kijken dan de cijfers alleen
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision is een belangrijke troef
  • Interesse in digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: u denkt mee, maar steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Voldoende maturiteit om op termijn een centrale financiële rol op te nemen
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands

Ervaring binnen retail of een omgeving met verschillende vennootschappen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.
