Dan is dit een mooie opdracht voor jou! De opdracht: Voor elke productiebatch worden onderdelen gesneden, waarbij werkopdrachtkaarten worden gebruikt voor vervolgbewerkingen. Om tekorten of extra benodigde onderdelen bij Cutting/Fastening effectiever te beheren, willen we de huidige papieren tekortenlijst digitaliseren. Daarnaast streven we ernaar om het verloop van reguliere werkopdrachtkaarten te monitoren. Wat ga jij doen? Jouw taak is het ontwikkelen van een digitaal systeem dat zowel de tekortenlijst als de voortgang van werkopdrachtkaarten inzichtelijk maakt voor de productieleiding. Hiervoor ga je aan de slag met het digitaliseren van de tekortenlijst en het implementeren van een monitoringssysteem voor reguliere werkopdrachtkaarten. Dit systeem moet toegankelijk zijn via een webbrowser of een speciaal programma op de werkplekken, waarbij elke productiestap, zoals kanten en klinken, kan worden bijgehouden. Het systeem moet tevens zichtbaar zijn voor de productieleiding en afdelingsleiding, zodat zij handmatig prioriteiten kunnen stellen.
