Je begeleidt cliënten voor, tijdens en na een operatie en stelt ze op hun gemak. Het werk van een anesthesiemedewerker laat bij cliënten misschien daarom wel de meeste indruk achter. Jij schakelt snel, want de productie is hoog, de lijnen kort en jij houdt de touwtjes stevig in handen. In zo'n omgeving, met volop mogelijkheden, voel jij je thuis. Samen met je andere collega's, maken jullie het verschil op de OK. Hoe jij impact kunt maken als anesthesiemedewerker In onze kliniek in Naarden zorg jij als anesthesiemedewerker dat cliënten met een gerust gevoel en de juiste verdoving een operatie ingaan. Naast een gastvrije ontvangst van cliënten, voer je anesthesiewerkzaamheden en medisch-technische handelingen uit. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Het begeleiden van je cliënten door gerust te stellen en voor te bereiden op de anesthesie en operatie. - Assisteren van de anesthesioloog volgens het 'verlengde-armprincipe'. - Aansluiten en instellen van de apparatuur. - Controleren van de OK en deze bedrijfsklaar maken op basis van het operatieprogramma. - Bovendien bewaak, analyseer, interpreteer en observeer je de toestand van cliënten en pas je de anesthesie zo nodig aan. Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol? - Een afgeronde opleiding tot anesthesiemedewerker of anesthesieassistent (CZO-gecertificeerd). - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om cliënten en collega's prettig en duidelijk te informeren. - Een afgeronde opleiding preoperatieve screening (POS) is een pré.
