Je begeleidt studenten in hun ontwikkeling tot competente professionals die veilig, deskundig en evidence based zorg verlenen binnen de anesthesiologische en perioperatieve setting. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, praktijkopleiders, werkbegeleiders, medisch specialisten en onderwijsontwikkelaars om het onderwijs actueel en praktijkgericht te houden. Daarbij vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de beroepspraktijk en het onderwijs. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het verzorgen van theorie-, vaardigheids- en simulatieonderwijs op het gebied van anesthesiologie, perioperatieve zorg, farmacologie, acute zorg en patiëntveiligheid; - het toepassen van verschillende didactische werkvormen, zoals blended learning, casuïstiek, simulatieonderwijs en probleemgestuurd onderwijs; - het begeleiden, coachen en beoordelen van studenten, zowel binnen de opleiding als tijdens praktijkbezoeken; - het ontwikkelen en actualiseren van lesmateriaal, toetsen en praktijkopdrachten en het bijdragen aan curriculumontwikkeling op basis van actuele richtlijnen en wetenschappelijke inzichten; - het signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen de perioperatieve zorg en deze vertalen naar kwalitatief hoogwaardig en toekomstbestendig ond...
